This Shipping Policy explains how we deliver orders placed through thepullhouse.co.uk. The Pull House is a trading name of Higgins & Morris Ltd (Company No. 10589994), with registered office at 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, W1W 5PF.

Where We Ship

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not currently ship to addresses outside the UK.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment being received. Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Options and Costs

Standard UK Delivery (estimated 2-4 business days):

  • Orders under £100: £4.99

  • Orders £100 and over: Free delivery

Delivery costs are shown clearly at checkout before you complete your order.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. While we make every effort to dispatch orders promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, or events outside our reasonable control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

Failed or Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will normally:

  • Leave a calling card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery.

  • Hold the parcel at a local depot or collection point.

  • Attempt redelivery on the next working day.

Please follow the carrier's instructions promptly. Parcels not collected or redelivered within the carrier's holding period may be returned to us, and additional postage may be charged for re-dispatch.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Check with neighbours or other household members.

  • Look for a calling card or safe-place note.

  • Contact us at hello@thepullhouse.co.uk so we can investigate with the carrier.

If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Damaged Parcels

Please inspect your parcel on delivery. If it appears damaged, take photographs of the packaging before opening, and contact us immediately at hello@thepullhouse.co.uk. See our Refund & Returns Policy for further details.

Delivery to Risk

Once a parcel has been handed to the carrier, the risk of loss or damage passes to you, although ownership of the goods only passes once full payment has been received and the order has been delivered.
