Last updated: 27 April 2026
Overview
Welcome to The Pull House. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Higgins & Morris Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (Company No. 10589994), trading as The Pull House. Our registered office is 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, W1W 5PF.
We operate this website and online store, and provide all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (the "Services"), to offer you a curated shopping experience for premium cabinet handles. The Pull House is powered by Shopify, which provides the technology platform enabling us to offer the Services.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy (together, the "Terms"), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.
Please read these Terms carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights, including warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.
By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Access and Account
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country of residence, whichever is greater.
To use the Services, including browsing our store or making a purchase, you may be asked to provide certain information such as your email address, billing details, payment details, and shipping address. You confirm that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and that you have the right to provide it.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to anyone else.
2. Our Products
We make every effort to display our products accurately on our website. However, please note that colours, finishes, and product appearance may differ slightly from how they appear on your screen due to your device, monitor settings, lighting conditions, and other factors.
We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any products will exactly match how they are depicted on our website.
All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time, and to limit the quantities we offer to any person, region, or jurisdiction.
3. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at our discretion. Your order is not accepted until we send you an order confirmation email.
We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as we may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests after acceptance.
If we cannot accept, change, or cancel your order, we will contact you using the email, billing address, or phone number provided at the time of order.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange in accordance with our Refund Policy.
4. Prices and Billing
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price you pay will be the price displayed at the time you place the order, as confirmed in your order confirmation email.
Unless otherwise stated, prices include UK VAT where applicable. As of the last updated date, Higgins & Morris Ltd is not VAT registered, and prices do not include VAT. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete payment and account information for all purchases. You agree to update your account information promptly so that we can complete your transactions and contact you when needed.
By providing payment information, you confirm that: (i) the information is true, correct, and complete; (ii) you are authorised to use the payment method; (iii) the payment will be honoured by your bank or card issuer; and (iv) you will pay the charges incurred at the prices displayed, including delivery charges.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our reasonable control. Once we hand the products to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you, although ownership only passes once we have received full payment.
For full details on delivery, please see our Shipping Policy.
6. Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
If you are a consumer based in the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
To exercise this right, contact us at hello@thepullhouse.co.uk within the 14-day period. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods. Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We will refund the price of the goods (and standard outbound delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
This statutory right is in addition to our 30-day return policy described in our Refund Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
Our Services, including all trade marks, branding, text, images, graphics, product descriptions, photographs, video, audio, and the design and arrangement of our website, are owned by Higgins & Morris Ltd or our licensors and are protected by UK and international intellectual property laws.
These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, republish, download, or transmit any content from the Services without our prior written consent.
"The Pull House" name and logo are trade marks of Higgins & Morris Ltd. All other brand names mentioned are the property of their respective owners.
8. Third-Party Links
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control these sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms. If you choose to visit them, you do so at your own risk. Please review the third party's policies before engaging in any transaction with them.
9. Relationship with Shopify
The Pull House is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make are made directly with Higgins & Morris Ltd, not with Shopify. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and us, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products. You release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims arising from or related to your purchases from us.
10. Privacy
All personal information we collect through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
11. Feedback
If you submit any ideas, suggestions, feedback, reviews, or other content to us ("Feedback"), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute that Feedback for any purpose, including commercial use.
You confirm that: (i) you own or have the rights to all Feedback you submit; (ii) you have disclosed any compensation received in connection with your Feedback; and (iii) your Feedback complies with these Terms.
We may, but are not obliged to, monitor, edit, or remove Feedback that we determine, at our discretion, to be unlawful, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.
12. Errors and Inaccuracies
Occasionally there may be typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in our Services relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, delivery charges, transit times, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any such errors and to change or update information, or cancel orders, at any time without prior notice — even after you have placed an order.
13. Prohibited Uses
You may use the Services for lawful purposes only. You must not use the Services:

17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Higgins & Morris Ltd and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any losses, damages, liabilities, or claims (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
